Each week, we drop a bonus workout โ called the WOW (Workout of the Week) โ built for all levels: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Itโs a fun way to challenge yourself, compete with the community, and stay accountable outside your main training program.
This isnโt about perfection โ itโs about consistency, effort, and showing up. Ready to join in?
This one hits hard and fast. Each round starts with a demanding buy-in to pre-fatigue your upper body before rewarding you with max-effort push presses. Itโs all about pacing and grit โ go out too hot, and your shoulders will shut down by Round 3.
Weโre using two dumbbells at 50 lb (men) / 35 lb (women) for the full version. If you're scaling, go with 35s/25s or drop to a single dumbbell and alternate sides for the Devils Press and Push Press.
The goal is consistency. Breathe through the buy-in, stay crisp on form, and get after the reps. Youโre not just testing strength โ youโre testing your ability to recover under fire. Letโs see who holds the line.
