How it works

 1๏ธโƒฃ Pick your training level

Choose Beginner (you run 0โ€“5 miles/week), Intermediate (you run 5โ€“15 miles/week), or Advanced (you run 15+ miles/week).

2๏ธโƒฃ Follow your weekly workouts

New workouts drop every Sunday. Each week includes strength, running, recovery, and metcon days.

3๏ธโƒฃ Try the WOW Challenge

Our Workout of the Week is a fun all-level test. Bragging rights included.

4๏ธโƒฃ Need help with pacing or weights?
