 New to running and strength training? Youโ€™re in the right place.


This track is built for athletes running less than 5 miles per week or just starting into structured training. Maybe youโ€™re crushing a couple lifts but gas out on runs. Maybe youโ€™re new to both. Either way โ€” this is where we  build your base.


Every Sunday, youโ€™ll get one new weekly training plan to build your engine, maintain strength, and prep you for the full HYROX experience.
