Train consistently but still new to running or lifting? Youโ€™re in the right place.


This track is for athletes who train 3โ€“5 days a week but are still developing in either running or strength. Maybe youโ€™ve got miles under your belt but havenโ€™t lifted much. Or youโ€™re strong in the gym but just getting into endurance. Build bridges the gap.


Each Sunday, youโ€™ll get a fresh weekly plan that blends progressive strength and run work โ€” prepping you for hybrid performance without burning you out.


When youโ€™re comfortable in both strength and endurance โ€” and ready to push intensity โ€” jump to ELEVATE.
