This track is for athletes who train 3โ5 days a week but are still developing in either running or strength. Maybe youโve got miles under your belt but havenโt lifted much. Or youโre strong in the gym but just getting into endurance. Build bridges the gap.
Each Sunday, youโll get a fresh weekly plan that blends progressive strength and run work โ prepping you for hybrid performance without burning you out.
When youโre comfortable in both strength and endurance โ and ready to push intensity โ jump to ELEVATE.
