 Already running a few times a week? Comfortable with lifting and cardio, but want more structure? This is your lane.


This program is for anyone running 6โ€“12 miles per week โ€” or training 3โ€“5 days a week and ready to combine running with functional strength.


Not sure if you belong here? If youโ€™re running a couple times weekly and want to push your pace โ€” this is the sweet spot.


Youโ€™ll get one new weekly training plan, every Friday, built to improve your HYROX performance, blend strength and conditioning, and prep you for race day.
